Through all the negativity of the liberal news media, most Americans are unaware of the real news of the day. The pure hatred of Donald Trump propels the “journalists” of the mainstream press to write and say nothing but anger and hysterics.
But for those in this country who are interested, President Trump is fast becoming one of the most successful presidents of the last 100 years. His foreign policy accomplishments in a mere 18 months are nothing short of incredible.
As Rush Limbaugh said on his radio show Wednesday, “No administration of four to eight years has achieved what Trump has in less than two years. Think about Trump ending the DMZ in Korea and rejoining North Korea and South Korea.”
The thought that Trump could mediate an end to the nuclearizarion of the Korean Peninsula is unheard of. After 63-years at war with each other, the idea that North and South Korea could live in peace is mind-boggling.
But it is happening, and it is largely due to the influence of President Donald Trump. His style of diplomacy is far different than presidents before him. He does not cow-tow to dictators, but rather speaks the language they fear the most; force.
Trump didn’t bring Kim Jong Un to the peace table with offers of being nice. He let him know straight up that the US intended to hold him responsible if anything were to happen on his watch. In other words, you provoke and we will annihilate.
In the past then days, Trump sent CIA Director Mike Pompeo to North Korea to meet with Kim. He tweeted, “it went very smoothly and a good relationship was formed.”
On Wednesday the president announced he will meet with Kim personally. In fact, in the coming weeks, the president will discuss the denuclearization of the Korean peninsula directly.
The American people have heard very little about this stunning turn of events. The question at this juncture should be, what would the coverage be like if it was Barack Obama? The answer to that is more than clear.
But the miracle of North Korea is not the only foreign policy achievement of the Trump administration. Last week, Trump ordered missile strikes on Syria in response to a chemical attack in the city of Douma carried out by Syrian President Bashar al-Assad’s regime that left 70 people dead and hundreds injured.
The president is leaving no doubt in the minds of America’s enemies that we will react to their transgressions. Trump is serving notice that America is the premier super power and we will act accordingly.
Trump also expelled 60 Russian “diplomats” after Russia allegedly used a nerve agent to poison a former Russian spy living in the United Kingdom. That should dispel any nonsense about the president colluding with the Russians, but the media will keep up that narrative until the people of this country say “enough.”
